Sport NB is pleased to announce the release of its revised Dispute Resolution Policies and Program Guidelines for the New Brunswick Safe Sport Complaint Mechanism (NBSSCM). These documents have been developed in accordance with the principles of Natural Justice and Procedural Fairness, and have been created to provide transparency to the various pathways involved in the complaints management process. The NBSSCM strives to provide support to complainants within the New Brunswick amateur sport system for certain disputes by an unbiased third-party mechanism, and is currently being administered by ITP Sport.
Sport New Brunswick is calling supporters to action as it seeks $30k to meet the growing demand for its services.
