Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Member and Business Services assumes responsibility for leading internal business development and revenue generation, meeting member needs, overseeing financial operations, managing outward-facing communications, and developing partnerships that align with the organization’s mandate.
The Performance Coach will be leading Rugby New Brunswick’s high- performance and excellence programs to ensure identified players are supported to continue to develop with the goal to achieve national selection. They will support the New Brunswick Pathway Initiative (NBPPI) and help athletes develop appropriately through the Long-Term Development Plan.
