NB Amateur Sport Fund
Sport New Brunswick is proud to partner with the National Sport Trust Fund initiative (NSTF). The goal of the New Brunswick Amateur Sport Fund is to enhance the development of sport participation and grow amateur sport in New Brunswick. Funding is available to assist member organizations across the province to develop projects, host events, and bring new and exciting opportunities to our communities.
As a member of the Canadian Council of Provincial & Territorial Sport Federations (CCP&TSF) Sport New Brunswick has been authorized to act as the provincial fund manager for all donations made to the NB Amateur Sport Fund. Donations will then be directed to the individual organizations on a quarterly basis. All donors who make an eligible contribution can receive a charitable tax receipt.
Why donate?
Since its implementation, the NSTF initiative has had a profound impact on the development of sport initiatives and the creation of new facilities within our province. In order for our communities to continue growing, it is vital to have the necessary funds to do so.
Through this initiative, our members can establish fundraising programs to generate a reliable source of revenue to assist organizations across New Brunswick in the development of their sport. This program provides an opportunity for individuals who have benefited from sport to give back and help support programs for current and future generations.
