Description: Are you a parent involved in sport who is looking to enhance your understanding of the current safe sport landscape? Sport NB and ITP Sport are pleased to present a pre-recorded presentation designed to explain how parents can navigate conflict in the sport environment, as well as how to access a complaint mechanism if needed.

Description: Equip your organization with essential tools and best practice to navigate and resolve sport-related conflicts effectively. This delivery will cover your duty to report, working with the ITP, and navigating conflicts under your own processes. This two-part session will be offered in-person at the 2024 Fall Sport Summit on November 21^st and will be facilitated by ITP Sport’s Chief Complaint Officer, Samantha Heron.

The presentation component of this delivery will be offered from 9:00am 10:00am (AST), and the comprehensive workshop will be from 1:00pm-2:30pm (AST). This session will be delivered in English, but French materials may be provided upon request.
